Founded by Christopher Rose in 2019, Commission Reduction aims to reshape the professional recruitment industry through our unique negotiation process and business cost reduction strategy. Our team has over 25 years of combined experience working in the Recruitment, Accountancy and Customer Service industries. We thoroughly understand the key elements involved with making any recruitment agreement successful and act as an intermediary between recruitment agencies and businesses to provide a streamlined, cost-effective process for obtaining your future recruitment agreement. The best part is, our service to employers is completely free.
Christopher has over 20 years’ experience in the Financial and Customer Service industries. With knowledge gained from both the business and the recruiter side of the recruitment process, Christopher saw a gap in the professional recruitment market, which lead to the creation of Commission Reduction. When not working at Commission Reduction Christopher Rose can be found brimming with creative ideas and innovative ways to improve company processes. A keen explorer, with hobbies and interests in travelling, visiting National Trust places, and areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Christopher has even completed the 10K “run to the beat” in London (with a view to compete in the London Marathon -fingers crossed Chris!). Overall, Christopher is a firm believer that “life is what you make it to be” and will always try his best to succeed.
